A British Jet Skier Living in Malaysia
Seth Wilkinson is an 18 year old British Jet Ski champion currently living in Malaysia.

I started riding jet skis in 2003 with a Sea-doo GTX (110 BHP) and could barely hang on. Nine years on and with loads of water time under my belt I progressed to a Sea-Doo RXP-X (ex-James Bushell Pro-Am World Champion 2008) race ski running 255 BHP with a stock ignition and 275 BHP with a limited ignition. (This jet ski was on display at the 2009 London Boat Show centre stand for Sea-Doo.)
With the help of my dad I have blueprinted a race pump; polished and ported. The pump is a vital component and can cost you a race. We always have a 2nd pump that can be fitted in less than 15 minutes. I always carry out my own pre-race tech inspections on the jet ski to make sure everything is 100% ready to race before we hit the water.
For 2010 I had an expert license and I raced ‘Runabout GP’.
For 2012 I am moving to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
